TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of the business entity Ing. Radek Tříska, with registered office at Pod Kostelem 1598, Dolní Lutyně, 73553, Czech Republic, ID: 09450807, e-mail info@3dfun.cz (“We” or the “Seller”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between Us and You, the buyer (“You” or the “Buyer”), arising on the basis of a purchase contract (“Contract”) concluded through the E-shop at www.3dfun.cz or shop3dfun.com.

The Contract and Terms are executed in English. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version (as the language of the Seller’s registered office) shall prevail for interpretation purposes.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Price: The financial amount in Euros (EUR) to be paid for the Goods.

  • Shipping Fee: The financial amount in Euros (EUR) for the delivery and packaging.

  • Total Price: The sum of the Price and the Shipping Fee.

  • Order: Your binding proposal to conclude a Contract.

  • Goods: All items available for purchase on the E-shop.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

  1. The Contract is concluded remotely via the E-shop.

  2. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, You submit a binding Order.

  3. The Contract is concluded at the moment We confirm Your Order via e-mail.

  4. You are obliged to provide correct and truthful information. We consider the information provided in the Order to be correct.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR).

  2. Payment Method: Payment of the Total Price is possible exclusively via the online payment gateway (credit/debit card) integrated into the E-shop.

  3. Maturity: The Total Price is payable immediately upon the conclusion of the Contract.

  4. Invoices: You agree that invoices will be issued exclusively in electronic form. The invoice will be sent to Your e-mail address provided in the Order. No paper invoices are included in the physical package.

5. DELIVERY

  1. Goods are delivered to the EU countries specified in the E-shop interface.

  2. Delivery usually takes up to 30 days. We will notify You of the expected delivery date via e-mail.

  3. Upon receipt, You must check the integrity of the packaging. If damaged, we recommend refusing the shipment and reporting the damage to the carrier.

  4. If You fail to take over the Goods (except for damage upon delivery), We are entitled to withdraw from the Contract and claim reimbursement for the shipping costs and storage fees (2 EUR per day).

6. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (WARRANTY)

  1. We guarantee that the Goods are free from defects upon handover.

  2. As a consumer, You are entitled to exercise the right from a defect that occurs in consumer Goods within 24 months of receipt.

  3. Any claims (Warranty claims) must be sent to info@3dfun.cz. We will decide on the claim within 30 days.

7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. As a consumer, You have the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the Goods.

  2. Method of Withdrawal: To exercise this right, You must notify Us exclusively via e-mail at info@3dfun.cz by sending an unequivocal statement.

  3. Return of Goods: You must send the Goods back to Us at Your own expense within 14 days of the withdrawal e-mail.

  4. Refund: We will return the funds to You within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of shipment. We are not obliged to return the funds before You return the Goods.

  5. Condition of Goods: You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Goods (e.g., opened filament vacuum packaging).

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Consumer complaints are handled via info@3dfun.cz.

  2. The competent authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz) or the EU online platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Our legal relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

  2. All communication is conducted via e-mail.

  3. These Terms become effective on May 1, 2026.
