Ceramic Like Resin

Material Properties:

  • UV resin, also known as synthetic resin.
  • Low viscosity allows for faster printing.
  • Higher print strength
  • Contains ceramic powder that increases strength and temperature resistance
  • Characterized by durability, precision, and high temperature resistance reaching 200℃.
  • It works byusing laser/light radiation (UV), which hardens the liquid resin in layers.
  • The most precise printing method, known for its details and smooth surface.
  • Suitable for use on SLA, DLP and LCD printers.

Applications:

  • Suitable for rapid industrial prototyping
  • Suitable for manufacturing casings of electrical appliances
  • Suitable for parts designed for fluid flow
  • Ideal for creating aerodynamic test models
  • Suitable for 3D printing of small batch injection molds

Technical Parameters:

  • to be added

+ Contains ceramic powder

+ Suitable for printing casings of electrical appliances

+ Prints have a great surface and high level of detail.

+ It has reduced odor and is less irritating than normal resin.

- Risk of allergic reaction or adverse health problems. We recommend working with a respirator and rubber gloves, preferably in a well-ventilated room.

- Before starting printing (preferably 30 mins), shake and then let it stand to eliminate bubbles.

- After printing, it needs to be washed (e.g., in isopropyl alcohol) and cured under UV light with a wavelength of 405 nm.
