Tip for setting the output voltage: trim pots are sometimes set from the factory completely outside the area where the output voltage is regulated. If the output voltage regulation does not work, try turning the trim pot 25 times in one direction, or 50 times in the other. If the output voltage regulation does not work, try turning the trimmer 25 times in one direction, or then 50 times in the other direction.
