Professional Lab TPU – Flexibility and Durability for Functional Prints

Profi Lab TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is an ideal choice when you need to combine the strength of engineering plastic with the exceptional flexibility and durability of rubber. This filament is essential for printing parts that must withstand bending, compression, impact, or friction.

With Profi Lab, you get premium quality with a consistent filament diameter, ensuring reliable extrusion and excellent layer adhesion.

IN CASE THE PROFESSIONAL LAB MATERIAL IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE MANUFACTURER, WE TOP UP OUR STOCK WITH THEIR SMART PRINT ALTERNATIVE. SMART PRINT IS MANUFACTURED IN THE SAME COLOR SHADE. IF YOU SPECIFICALLY WANT PROFESSIONAL LAB OR SMART PRINT, PLEASE CONTACT US TO VERIFY AVAILABILITY.

Material Properties:

  • TPU is a special polymer with rubber-like properties and a hardness of 95A.
  • High resistance to mechanical stretching, crushing, abrasion, and is oil-resistant.
  • A direct extruder is best for printing (experienced users can, of course, manage with a bowden setup as well).

TPU IS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WITH AMS.

Technical Parameters:

  • Filament diameter 1.75 ±0.03 mm
