Material Properties:

• UV resin or synthetic resin.
• It works byusing laser/light radiation (UV), which hardens the liquid resin in layers.
• The most precise printing method, known for its details and smooth surface.
• Suitable for use on SLA, DLP and LCD printers.

Technical Parameters:

• Hardness: 80-88 D (according to Shore test)
• Viscosity: 1000-1300 mPa.s
• Density: 1.05-1.25 g/cmᶟ
• Volume: 0.5 L
• Flexural strength: +/- 52.84 MPa
• Tensile strength: +/- 47.02 MPa
• Curing Wavelength: 405 nm

Printing parameters recommended by the manufacturer (per layer 0.05 mm):

• Initial layers: 30-50 s
• Subsequent layers: 6-8 s

+ Transparency (after curing, it does not yellow like other clear resins).

+ Suitable for printing various parts where utmost transparency is needed, to imitate glass.

+ Weather resistant.

+ Scratch resistant.

- Risk of allergic reaction or adverse health problems. We recommend working with a respirator and rubber gloves, preferably in a well-ventilated room.

- Before starting printing (preferably 30 mins), shake and then let it stand to eliminate bubbles.

- After printing, it needs to be washed (e.g., in isopropyl alcohol) and cured under UV light with a wavelength of 405 nm.
