Resin

Material Properties:

  • UV resin or synthetic resin.
  • It works byusing laser/light radiation (UV), which hardens the liquid resin in layers.
  • The most precise printing method, known for its details and smooth surface.
  • Suitable for use on SLA, DLP and LCD printers.

  • Hardness: 85-88 D (according to Shore test)
  • Viscosity: 150-350 mPa.s
  • Density: 1.05-1.25 g/cmᶟ
  • Volume: 1 L
  • Flexural strength: +/- 61.17 MPa
  • Tensile strength: +/- 49.11 MPa
  • Curing wavelength: 405 nm

Printing parameters recommended by the manufacturer (per layer 0.05 mm):

  • First layers: 30-70 s
  • Other layers: 4-16 s

+ Different resin colors can be mixed to achieve new shades.

+ Suitable for printing models of figures, projects, and decorations.

+ Prints have a great surface and high level of detail.

+ It has reduced odor and is less irritating than normal resin.

- Risk of allergic reaction or adverse health problems. We recommend working with a respirator and rubber gloves, preferably in a well-ventilated room.

- Before starting printing (preferably 30 mins), shake and then let it stand to eliminate bubbles.

- After printing, it needs to be washed (e.g., in isopropyl alcohol) and cured under UV light with a wavelength of 405 nm.
