Information
AMS Feeder Funnel is an internal component of the AMS feeder's first stage , which consists of the structural body and the filament detection sensor board.
When the sensor board detects filament insertion, the AMS feeder's first stage automatically pulls the filament forward. If filament insertion is abnormal, the sensor board will also identify it and relay this information back to the 3D printer.
*To optimize product performance, we have upgraded the circuit board of the AMS feeder's first stage. This update will affect AMS units that used the oldest mainboard. Before purchasing the AMS feeder's first stage or AMS Feeder Funnel, confirm the version of your AMS mainboard on Bambu Lab Wiki .
