Information
The AMS feeder unit is specially designed to support AMS in printing multiple colors and materials.
Each AMS has 4 feeder units, and each feeder unit has its own motor and gears that actively advance the filament or rewind it onto the spool.
The feeder has a filament detection sensor. When filament is loaded, the feeder unit automatically pulls the filament in. When filament needs to be rewound, the feeder unit drives the AMS drive sleeve to rotate the spool to rewind the filament.
